What we collect

• Account email (for receipts, API key delivery and support).
• Billing metadata via Stripe (country, last 4 of card / wallet reference).
• Request metadata (timestamp, model, token counts). Request/response bodies are not persistently stored beyond 7 days of operational buffer.

• Stripe (payment processing, UK/IE/US)
• Cloudflare (edge delivery, EU/US)
• Upstream model vendors (transient inference only)

You may request export or deletion of personal data at support@sprinkai.com. We respond within 30 days as required by UK GDPR.
