Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund for Pro purchases, provided that cumulative API usage is below 5% of quota.

How to request

1. Email support@sprinkai.com with your order email and Stripe session ID.
2. We acknowledge within 24 hours on UK business days.
3. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What is not refundable

• Orders with more than 5% quota already consumed.
• Orders older than 7 days.
• Custom Team plans (separate SOW).

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights where applicable.
