1. Who we are

These terms are a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Sprinkle Innovations Ltd (Company No. 13579246, registered at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom).

2. The Service

SprinkleAI provides programmatic access to third-party AI inference endpoints through a unified, OpenAI-compatible interface. Access is granted via API tokens tied to a purchased plan.

3. Acceptable use

• No reselling or redistribution of API access without written consent.
• No attempts to bypass rate limits or identification mechanisms.
• No use of the Service to generate unlawful, infringing or abusive content.

4. Fees and billing

Plans are one-time monthly purchases: Starter (¥29.98) and Pro (¥58.88), each granting a 1-month quota window. There is no automatic renewal. Usage beyond quota is throttled, not billed.

6. Availability

Target uptime is 99.9% measured monthly. Live status at /status.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 90 days preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
